Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Corporate Travel.
• Senior Travel Consultant experience.
• Expert understanding of fares, ticketing, and air travel complexity.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate domestic, regional, and international travel.
• Manage complex itineraries with visas and special accommodations.
• Deliver excellent service while upholding client travel policies and budgets.
• Support customer online adoption initiatives.
• Service, retain, and grow assigned client portfolios.
• Handle travel quotations, bookings, and related queries.
• Ensure SLAs are met for all inquiries.
• Provide quotes, confirmations, and documentation in timeframes.
• Resolve queries promptly and professionally.
• Follow One Best Way processes and ensure cost-effective travel.
