Job summary

Spiralyze is seeking a video editor to create sharp, premium LinkedIn videos about A/B testing, CRO, landing pages, and design. This founder-led content often includes talking-head footage, screen recordings, captions, charts, and simple motion graphics.

You will edit 30 seconds to 3 minute clips, add captions and graphics, apply color grading, enhance audio, and ensure the content aligns with a data-driven brand. Collaboration with a US-based team is expected; remote Cape Town work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Strong portfolio of social media videos.
• Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling, captions, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience editing talking-head, educational, or business content.
• Good written English.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Edit short LinkedIn videos, usually 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
• Turn raw footage into polished, engaging social content.
• Add captions, callouts, zooms, screenshots, charts, and simple motion graphics.
• Apply clean, consistent color grading to maintain a polished look.
• Enhance audio with basic sound design and leveling.
• Make business and data-heavy topics feel clear and visually interesting.
• Create strong openings that hook viewers in the first few seconds.
• Repurpose longer recordings into short clips.
• Maintain a clean, premium, data-driven brand style.
• Communicate clearly with a U.S.-based team and respond well to feedback.

We’re looking for a video editor to help create sharp, premium LinkedIn videos about A/B testing, CRO, landing pages, and design.

This is founder-led content. Most videos will include talking-head footage, screen recordings, website examples, captions, charts, and simple motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short LinkedIn videos, usually 30 seconds to 3 minutes
• Turn raw footage into polished, engaging social content
• Add captions, callouts, zooms, screenshots, charts, and simple motion graphics
• Apply clean, consistent color grading to maintain a polished look
• Enhance audio with basic sound design and leveling

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Strong skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or similar
• Good written English

Nice to Have

• Experience with B2B, SaaS, marketing, design, or tech content
• Motion graphics or After Effects skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and YouTube editing styles
• Interest in A/B testing, CRO, UX, or digital marketing
