Editing: Transform raw footage into polished, engaging, and visually compelling videos, seamlessly incorporating music, sound effects, and graphics.
Motion Graphics: Design and animate professional motion graphics, open titles, closed titles, and other dynamic visual elements to elevate video content.
Post‑Production Mastery: Perform meticulous color correction, audio design, and other post‑production tasks to ensure a consistently high‑quality final product.
Optimization & Adaptability: Expertly optimise and crop footage to various required social media ratios, including 1 : 1, 4 : 5, and 9 : 16.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams, leveraging insights to ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives for optimal ad performance.
AI Integration: Actively seek opportunities to integrate cutting‑edge AI technology and tools to level up video quality and streamline the editing process.
Expert Growth: Stay current with industry trends, advancements in video editing, and motion design to continually innovate and improve our video strategy.
Organization: Maintain a well‑structured and accessible G‑Drive, keeping all working files updated, stored, and shared efficiently for seamless team access.
In depth background in a remote set‑up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding of the pros & cons involved in this industry).
Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Video Editor and Motion Designer, backed by a strong portfolio showcasing your work in direct‑response or performance marketing.
Software Proficiency: Expert‑level skills in core video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
English Fluency: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
Technical Readiness: Must possess a reliable, high‑performance computer capable of handling motion‑heavy animations, large RAW footage, and ensuring quick render times.
Reliable internet connection and consistent availability during designated hours.
