Job description

• Receive all deliveries
• Resolution of Sample Receipt queries
• Intake of samples from customers or couriers
• Registration of samples into LIMS, including the updating of various stats sheets
• Customer communication, support and follow-up of concerns/complaints
• Comply with the companies Quality Management System
• Outsourcing procedure and duties
• Liaise with Financial department with regard to invoices, on hold customers and accounts
• Contingency for Administration Manager in their absence
• Receptionist duties
• Contingency for other Administration Assistance when they are absent or during busy periods
• Checking submission forms and samples submitted correspond
• Checking the requirements of the analysis before the sample is registered/released into the laboratory
