  • Ensure that correct processes are implemented for stocking in and delivery of vehicles.
  • Establish internal controls for efficient processes and systems.
  • Monitor and reconcile vehicles received to ensure accuracy.

Overview

Contribute to the achievement of branch profit and ROI.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that correct processes are implemented and adhered to with regards to Stocking in of vehicles and delivery of vehicles.
  • Establish internal controls to deliver efficient processes and systems.
  • Implement and provide input on current processes and systems.
  • Ensure correct and timeous preparation for vehicles are loaded on time andonline auction, keys availability, and loading pictures.

Process tracking / monitoring

  • Reconcile / audit Received on Site vehicles to ensure all vehicles received arestocked in.
  • Adhere to turnaround time “Received on Site” to “Stocked In” status.
  • Monitor all on site queries and ensure correct statuses are applied to vehiclesreceived and released.
  • Escalate any discrepancies / problems.

Achieve a consistent high quality of work across all always arears.

  • Provide Stock Take lists of vehicles on hand timeously
  • Ensure world class customer service at all customer interfaces.
  • Supplier and Customer queries to be actioned immediately to ensure thatturnaround time is adhered to.
  • Work closely with the Sales Executives and Sales Manager / s.
  • Management and development of Human Resources.
  • Motivate team / work force. Ensure necessary training towards new processes and systems.
