Qualifications

  • Proven experience in new vehicle sales, preferably within a Ford dealership.

  • Valid driver’s license; own transport preferred.

SUMMARY : Main Purpose :

  • Sell new Ford vehicles, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain features, options, and pricing to prospective buyers.
  • Follow up on leads and enquiries promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ford products, promotions, and financing options.
  • Liaise with management and the service department to ensure smooth delivery and handover of vehicles.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
Requirements :
  • Proven experience in new vehicle sales, preferably within a Ford dealership.
  • Strong knowledge of Ford product range and features.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
