Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Vehicle Sales Administrator in the Roodepoort area. The successful candidate will assist with admin documentation, manage appointments, and support the sales team. A minimum of 3 years experience in similar roles, proficiency in Afrikaans, and a good understanding of the vehicle industry are required. The position offers a salary of R20,000 - R25,000 per month.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experience in Vehicle Sales Administrator or Sales Coordinator role.
  • Must have own transport and valid driver's license.
  • Contactable references and accurate history.
  • Preferably reside in Roodepoort, Randburg, or Fourways.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Vehicle Sales Personnel with admin documentation.
  • Act as Personal Assistant to Director.
  • Manage diary and appointments.
  • Assist with all admin-related duties and filing.

Skills

Fluent in Afrikaans
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of vehicle industry terminology
Positive can do attitude

Our client a Commercial Vehicle Dealer is seeking the services of a Vehicle Sales Administrator for the Roodepoort Johannesburg area.

Min Requirements to qualify for the position
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and writing
  • Must have at least 3 years experience in Vehicle Sales Administrator OR Sales Coordinator Role
  • Must have own transport and valid drivers license
  • No criminal record
  • Contactable references and accurate history
  • Grade 12
  • Must preferably reside in Roodepoort Randburg or Fourways and surrounding area
  • Knowledge of how the Vehicle industry works (and the terminology used)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel word outlook)
  • Positive can do attitude
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist Vehicle Sales Personnel with admin documentation
  • Personal Assistant to Director
  • Manage diary and appointments
  • Pro Active at all times
  • Assist with all admin related duties and filing including digital
  • Cross Border experience advantageous
  • Monthly reporting etc.
  • Knowledge of how the Vehicle industry works (and the terminology used)
