Job description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Invoice Clerk to join our team. You will invoice pre-owned and new vehicles. Compile data from transactions and supporting documents to verify accuracy of invoice data and to ensure receipt of items ordered. Compare invoices against purchase orders and shipping and receiving documents to verify receipt of items ordered. Records data in control records, and contacts vendors or buyers regarding errors in partial or duplicate shipments, prices, and substitutions.
