We are looking for a Vehicle Assembler at DALS Auto Panel.

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Code B drivers license
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years working experience as a vehicle assembler
  • Proven experience working on luxury vehicles
  • The ability to read and interpret manuals
  • High level of communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to company health and safety standards.
  • Read job cards to determine the scope of work.
  • Remove vehicle panels, interior and electrical components before being painted.
  • Inspect parts for additional damage, missing parts and report to line manager.
  • Ensure that all parts removed are adequately stored.
  • Assemble vehicle panels, interior and electrical components after being painted.
  • Ensure all parts align correctly.
  • Inspect the quality of the work completed and report.
