Job summary

Fidelity Services Group is recruiting for a FCS - Box Room Operator at our Welkom Branch. The role involves distributing and receiving consignments, with emphasis on vault operations, safety and security within a high-risk environment.

Minimum requirements include Grade 12 or equivalent, 2 years CIT exposure, 1 year in a vault room, full bilingual capacity and compulsory computer literacy. Training will be provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Grade 12, Matric Certificate or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience in the CIT environment will be an advantage
• At least 1 year experience in a vault room will be an advantage
• Must be fully bilingual
• Computer literate (compulsory)
• CIT Grade

Responsibilities

• Prepare for vault room duties
• Planning of the vault room schedules CIT
• Receiving of consignments from bulk and team vehicles
• Sorting of consignments to CIT teams
• Balancing of vault and locking up
• Distribution of consignments for bulk movement
• Ensure security and manage movement of CIT schedules during transit
