Overview

A leading supplier of flow control and automation solutions is looking for an experienced LPG Valves Sales Specialist to join their Johannesburg team. This role calls for a technically astute salesperson with a proven track record in industrial or gas-sector valves, capable of combining engineering insight with commercial drive.

Non-Negotiable Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum 35 years of industrial sales experience (preferably valves, LPG / LNG, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of valves, regulators, and pressure-rated systems
  • Knowledge of applicable standards (EN, ISO, UL, ASME, and API)
  • Valid drivers license and a willingness to travel locally and across borders
Job Experience & Skills Required
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within a technical environment
  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple industries
  • Competence in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • Experience preparing detailed quotes, tenders, and proposals
