In transaction services at PwC you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in their mergers acquisitions and divestitures. Your work will include conducting due diligence financial analysis and managing the transaction process.

Role Summary

PwC Deals is a leading Corporate Finance Valuations and Transaction Services advisory business in South Africa and is currently experiencing growth driven by long term client relationships and a strong senior team. Qualifications / Certifications

Responsibilities of role

The successful candidate will play an active role in the team executing and delivering client projects across a broad range of business intangible asset and other valuations including a cquisition s d isposals t ax & regulatory compliance and f inancial reporting.

The candidate will gain exposure to a diverse range of clients from global multinationals to entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses covering both domestic and cross-border work.

A keen interest in and knowledge of the financial markets and economic environment a desire to expand ones knowledge of financial markets industries deals / transactions and valuation environments along with sound commercial and business acumen are critical.

High agility in a demanding fast-moving environment is essential.
