Job description

Join our team and start a new adventure in an international and dynamic environment, where you will be able to fulfil your career expectations in a fast-growing organization. Being a consultant at Amaris Consulting means positioning yourself as a technical and functional expert in an industrial field, but above all, being an ambassador of our organization to clients, thanks to:

Your missions

  • Lead UX design activities from discovery to delivery: user research, persona definition, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and testing.
  • Conduct user workshops and interviews to understand business needs, user behavior, and usability challenges.
  • Collaborate daily with product managers, architects, and front-end developers to ensure designs are both user-centered and technically feasible.
  • Translate functional requirements into high-fidelity mock-ups and design systems using Figma, aligned with the client’s design guidelines.
  • Maintain a close feedback loop with end users and client teams through agile iterations, design reviews, and usability testing sessions.
  • Ensure consistency and accessibility across all screens and components.
  • Support developers during implementation, performing design QA to ensure visual and interaction fidelity.
  • Document and present UX decisions, rationale, and research outcomes.

Your profile

  • Experience in UX/UI design for complex web applications or SaaS products, ideally in large enterprise or regulated industries (aerospace, defense, technology, or public sector).
  • Strong knowledge of UX research methodologies, usability testing, and information architecture.
  • Proven experience creating user journeys, wireframes, mock-ups, and design systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile principles, including backlog management and iterative delivery.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to translate technical constraints into clear UX decisions.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to bridge users, developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Academic background: Degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Fluent English. French is a plus.
  • You are an assertive and empathetic communicator, able to navigate political or high-stakes client environments. You have a strong sense of diplomacy, adaptability, and “reading the room”. You are curious, humble, detail-oriented, and self-questioning. You demonstrate excellent teamwork and co-creation abilities.
