The purpose of the UX Team Lead role is to provide leadership and direction to the UX design team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional user-centric digital experiences across all platforms and products. The candidate should facilitate good design practices and remove blockers for the team, while also enabling a culture of continuous learning and self-improvement.
