About The Role We’re looking for a UX Researcher with a strong foundation of core research methods and growing skills in both qualitative and quantitative analysis.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to uncover valuable insights, co‑lead problem exploration, and contribute to workshops and strategy.

Candidate should be able to identify and apply research frameworks, navigate basic research operations, and be familiar with tools like Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey, while contributing to inclusive, impactful user research.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and execute research projects.
  • Work with stakeholders to align research questions with business needs and objectives.
  • Explore data from analytics packages, customer insights, or other sources to understand research context.
  • Combine diverse data types into coherent findings and make actionable recommendations.
  • Observe users and formulate relevant use cases to ensure product design meets user expectations.
  • Use data to focus research efforts and confirm key metrics that drive strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience in UX research, or early career candidates with strong grounding in human factors.
  • Experience with usability testing, interviews, surveys, card sorting, workshops and related methods.
  • Demonstrable understanding of researching in different contexts (remote, in‑person, unmoderated, moderated).
  • Background in B2B or professional services.
