About the Role
We are looking for a UX Low Code Business Engineer with strong UX design skills to join our Financial Crime Platform team.
You'll play a key role in bridging business requirements with user experience design — ensuring our compliance, operational and investigation tools are not only functionally strong but also intuitive and efficient for users.
You'll work closely with product owners, engineers, operations staff and compliance teams to design user journeys and wireframes for KYC / CDD / EDD and Case Management systems, primarily for web browser interfaces (desktop / laptop).
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owners and end-users to gather and analyze business requirements for Financial Crime workflows (KYC, CDD, EDD, and Case Management).
- Translate complex compliance processes into clear user flows and screen designs that are easy to use for investigators and analysts.
- Document Product Requirements, Screen Designs and UAT approaches.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using low code UX tools.
- Work with developers and QA teams to ensure UX requirements are implemented accurately.
- Produce Low-Code interface development.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine design and improve user experience.
- Contribute to defining design standards and interaction patterns across Financial Crime tools.
- Be comfortable with Atlassian products (Confluence, Jira) but also Microsoft Office products.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Engineer / Product Analyst in a technology or financial environment – but crucially with UX Design / Low Code Development experience.
- Strong understanding of business workflows, especially in financial services, compliance, or risk domains.
- Experience in UX / UI design for web applications (not mobile-first).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Low-Code platforms (SuperBlocks, Lovable, Replit, Retool, PowerApps, etc.).
- Background in KYC / CDD / EDD, Fraud or AML / Financial Crime.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery processes.
- Understanding of data-driven interfaces or dashboards (preferred).
