  • Lead end-to-end design of user-centric interfaces across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Web, Smart TVs).
  • Drive design processes from problem framing and research to final interactions.
  • Uncover and map user intent, motivations, and pain points to craft effective user journeys.
  • Conduct user research to inform design decisions with real insights.
  • Conduct and/or collaborate on usability testing and rapid prototyping to validate ideas.
  • Collaborate closely with product, research, tech, and content teams to ensure solutions align with both user needs and business goals.
  • Advocate for user-centric design by presenting clear rationale and storytelling in cross-functional discussions.
  • Deliver high-quality wireframes, flows, and prototypes with attention to detail and usability.
Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years of UX design experience in consumer-facing digital products (OTT, e-commerce, fintech, apps, or large-scale platforms).
  • Proven expertise in user research, journey mapping, and interaction design.
  • Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing ability to translate user intent into effective design solutions with measurable impact.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
