Job summary

Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd. seeks a Utilityman (Shutter Hand) for a limited duration contract at the Normandie Substation, Mpumalanga. The role involves heavy labour, shuttering/formwork tasks and strict adherence to safety policies. 1–2 years of relevant field experience is preferred.

You will work under Substation Construction Services, contributing to safe, efficient construction activities and material handling, with emphasis on OHSA compliance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have physical stamina to perform semi-skilled duties.
• Basic knowledge of safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Reads and interprets plans/drawings.
• Assesses & checks shuttering & formwork material received.
