What You’ll Be Cooking Up
- Strategic oversight of energy usage and implementation of environmentally responsible practices.
- Maintenance and optimization of physical assets to ensure operational efficiency across all locations.
- Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and promotes effective waste reduction and disposal strategies.
- Enhances the performance, reliability, and cost‑efficiency of utility systems including water, electricity, gas, and HVAC.
- Leads utility‑related projects and manages relationships with service providers to ensure quality and value.
- Interprets utility data to inform decision‑making, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develops and implements contingency plans to mitigate utility‑related risks and ensure business continuity.
What You Bring To The Table
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in utilities or facilities management, preferably across multi‑site operations.
- Proven track record in energy efficiency projects and sustainability initiatives.
- Strong background in vendor and contract management.
- Hands‑on experience in project coordination, including store openings and renovations.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and environmental standards.
- Demonstrated ability in data analysis and performance reporting.
- Exposure to emergency response planning and service continuity strategies.
- Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial).
- Facilities Management.

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Excel, utility tracking software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to perform in a fast‑paced, multi‑site retail environment.

- Willingness to be available on‑call for emergency situations.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Business Administration (with a technical or operational focus).
