What You’ll Be Cooking Up
  • Strategic oversight of energy usage and implementation of environmentally responsible practices.
  • Maintenance and optimization of physical assets to ensure operational efficiency across all locations.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and promotes effective waste reduction and disposal strategies.
  • Enhances the performance, reliability, and cost‑efficiency of utility systems including water, electricity, gas, and HVAC.
  • Leads utility‑related projects and manages relationships with service providers to ensure quality and value.
  • Interprets utility data to inform decision‑making, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develops and implements contingency plans to mitigate utility‑related risks and ensure business continuity.
What You Bring To The Table
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in utilities or facilities management, preferably across multi‑site operations.
  • Proven track record in energy efficiency projects and sustainability initiatives.
  • Strong background in vendor and contract management.
  • Hands‑on experience in project coordination, including store openings and renovations.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and environmental standards.
  • Demonstrated ability in data analysis and performance reporting.
  • Exposure to emergency response planning and service continuity strategies.
  • Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial).

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Excel, utility tracking software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Willingness to be available on‑call for emergency situations.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Business Administration (with a technical or operational focus).
