• Assist Arch System users with calls/queries logged on a day-to-day basis within SLA.
• Handle hardware, Arch Retail Software and 3rd party queries (e.g., EFT, Airtime, Loyalty).
• Use investigative skills to resolve as many issues as possible and escalate those you cannot resolve.
