Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Durban South (Mobeni) for a KEY Certified Used Vehicle Sales Executive. The Certified Used Vehicle Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales of Demo and Pre-owned vehicles. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential clients, demonstrating vehicle features, negotiating sales contracts, following up on leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves building strong relationships with customers whilst achieving unit sales and Gross Profit Targets.

Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
General Requirements
  • Previous Preowned vehicle sales experience is a must.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales and GP targets.
  • Strong Negotiation and closing skills.
  • Organizational and Follow-up skills.
  • Previous vehicle sales experience within a Franchise dealership setting would be advantageous.
  • Daily Target and sales activity driven.
  • Residing near to the Dealership.
Qualifications
  • 2-5+ years Automotive sales experience.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid Drivers License.
  • Matric Certificate.
  • Clear ITC record.
