Responsibilities
  • Source, prospect, and follow up on leads to generate consistent used car sales.
  • Conduct customer needs analysis to match clients with suitable vehicles.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: vehicle presentations, test drives, negotiations, and deal closing.
  • Prepare sales paperwork, ensure correct documentation, and liaise with F&I for finance applications.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across used vehicles available on the floor.
  • Meet monthly sales targets, including reaching a minimum of 5 units during the probation period.
  • Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Assist with vehicle merchandising, showroom presentation, and pricing updates.
  • Handle trade‑ins professionally—vehicle assessments and accurate descriptions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to drive dealership performance.
  • Ensure all customer interactions uphold high quality service and ethical sales standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven used car sales experience (minimum 1–2 years recommended).
  • Strong ability to close deals and work with different customer profiles.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
