Job Description

As a Universal Banker you will take demand from Personal, Prestige and Private Banking clients for banking matters including product questions and client account activities (e.g., opening relevant accounts, statements, debit order information). You will form an accurate assessment of that demand and act on it in a one‑and‑done manner, consistently delivering in line with client experience, product and legislative (e.g., FAIS) requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Matric qualified with a completed FAIS qualification at NQF Level 5
  • Relevant regulatory experience (RE 5) advantageous
Experience Required
  • 2–3 years of customer‑service experience in banking, insurance, financial services or client‑services environments
  • 1 year of sales or relationship‑building experience
