Job summary

FirstRand Limited's FNB Points of Presence team seeks a Universal Advisor to deliver compliant sales and service in a high-volume branch. You will engage customers, identify needs, and promote digital and self-service banking solutions in line with FAIS, FICA and TCF.

The role focuses on providing matched financial solutions, maintaining records, and upholding governance while offering ethical, value-driven interactions.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent with FAIS familiarity.
• NQF Level 5 Banking or related certificate preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive, professional manner to identify banking needs.
• Educate on correct channels and migrate customers to digital/self-service.
• Achieve sales and service targets while maintaining compliance.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow FAIS, FICA, TCF rules.
