Qualifications

• 7–10 years' experience in high-speed manufacturing, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of Monobloc equipment and proven track record in TPM.
• Demonstrated leadership in multi-shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily production activities across assigned lines.
• Drive adherence to SOPs, QCPs, and TPM standards.
• Conduct daily shift handovers and performance reviews.
