Unilever Future Leaders Programme – Supply Chain

The Unilever Future Leaders Program (UFLP) is a full‑time accelerated management trainee programme where fresh graduates and young professionals are fast‑trapped into readiness for leadership roles in three years. The programme is open to all graduating students in 2026 and professionals with a maximum of two years of work experience.

About Unilever

Unilever is one of the world’s largest global fast‑moving consumer goods companies that owns an iconic portfolio of brands, such as Dove, Axe, Clear, Sunsilk, Cream Silk, Rexona, Closeup, Pond’s, Surf, Breeze, Domex, Knorr, Lady’s Choice, and more. Our products sold under our well‑loved brands are used by 3.4 billion people every day and in over half the households on the planet. Our goal is to deliver best‑in‑class performance with market‑making, unmissably superior brands, and this begins with a purpose that places consumers at the heart of everything we do: Brighten everyday life for all. We are determined to win in market by shaping the future, so everyday life becomes brighter for everyone – and the world that we all share.

What will you be doing?

You’ll gain hands‑on experience across planning, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing, while contributing to real business challenges and sustainability goals. You could be transforming the way our beauty & wellbeing, personal care, and foods factories operate or designing how to use big data and the latest technology to optimise the flow of our products sustainably to our customers. There’s always a new challenge to tackle and we believe first‑hand experience is the fastest way to learn. Our people can make a big impact every day on a local level, across the Philippines and the globe.

What do we look for?

Whichever area you work in – you’ll need to demonstrate strong analytical skills, be a proven team player, be geographically mobile, and can think both quickly and strategically to make the best decisions to influence our future supply chain. For Supply Chain, we require a strong technical qualification in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM). We also accept other science‑based degrees (BS) and Supply Chain related disciplines such as Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
