The Unilever Future Leaders Program (UFLP) is a full‑time accelerated management trainee programme where fresh graduates and young professionals are fast‑tracked into readiness for leadership roles in three years. The programme is open to all graduating students in 2026 and professionals with a maximum of two years of work experience.

Our online application period runs until December 16, 2025. You will need to have finished Stage 2, the Online Assessment, by the end of the online application period to be eligible for the Unilever Future Leaders Program. We will reach out to you, should you qualify to proceed to the Line Manager Interview.
