Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in product support role for underground Continuous Miner equipment.
• Medically fit to work in underground mining operations.
• Ability to travel and work effectively within a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, modify, and repair products for customers.
• Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis and troubleshooting.
• Provide recommendations to improve product safety and performance.
• Develop frontline operational readiness plan for product launches.
