• ND / Degree Mining engineering (Metalleferous mines) and a Mine Manager’s certificate, or Grade 12 and a Mine Manager’s certificate
• Registered with ECSA as a professional engineer or Professional Certificated Engineer
• 8 – 10 years’ hard rock mining production management experience
• 3 – 5 years must have been on Mining Manager level
