Qualifications

  • Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales or telesales (minimum 3 years).
  • Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resilient, energetic, and results-driven - thrives in a fast-paced, target-led environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social channels.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify opportunities for our partners.
  • Maintain a high daily call and outreach volume, ensuring consistent contact activity.
  • Build rapport and book qualified meetings for client sales executives.
  • Use CRM tools to accurately record activity and manage pipelines.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to refine messaging.
  • Nurture cold and warm leads through effective follow-up sequences.
