Key Responsibilities
  • Type a variety of documents and correspondence, including letters, reports, and emails
  • Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Organise and maintain electronic and paper files
  • Communicate with clients to clarify any unclear information or requests
  • Prioritise and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications and Skills
