Job summary

Au Pair Extraordinaire is seeking a part-time tutor in Ruimsig to assist a Grade 3 boy after school, Monday to Thursday from 15:00 to 17:00. Duties include meeting at home, helping with homework and projects, and ensuring understanding of all work while addressing gaps.

Requirements include English speaking, strong maths, 12+ months of child care, a valid car with 18 months driving experience, 2 references, a clear criminal record, Matric, and SA ID. Start date 1 October; permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
• Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a passion for children
• Must have Matric
• Must have a South African ID document.
