Responsibilities
  1. Dealer Network Development & Management

    Build, maintain, and enhance relationships with the dealer network to ensure alignment with the brand's vision, values, and sales objectives.

    Identify and appoint new dealers in strategic locations to grow market presence.

    Oversee dealer onboarding, training, and integration into the brand network.

    Monitor dealer facilities, resources, and capabilities to meet operational standards.

  2. Sales & Performance Management

    Set and communicate dealer sales targets and business objectives.

    Monitor dealer sales performance, market share, and profitability.

    Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support dealers in achieving targets.

    Implement dealer incentive and reward programs to drive performance.

  3. Marketing & Brand Support

    Work with dealers to plan and execute local marketing campaigns and events.

    Ensure dealers maintain brand identity in showrooms, advertising, and customer interactions.

    Coordinate product launches, demonstrations, and customer engagement activities with dealers.

  4. Aftersales & Service Excellence

    Collaborate with service and parts departments to ensure aftersales support meets customer expectations.

    Monitor warranty claims, parts availability, and service turnaround times across the dealer network.

    Support dealers in improving service quality and customer retention.

  5. Compliance & Standards

    Ensure dealers comply with legal, financial, and operational requirements.

    Conduct regular dealer audits on sales, service, and operational processes.

    Uphold ethical business practices across the network.
