  • Respond to lead-warming enquiries.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and confirm services with suppliers.
  • Upload, cross-check, and reconcile invoices against costings.
  • Prepare final travel documents and fulfill emergency phone responsibilities.

About the Role

Our client is seeking an exceptional Travel Support / Admin Specialist (French) to provide meticulous administrative support to their Travel Consultants. You will play a vital role in maintaining accuracy and safeguarding quality behind the scenes, ensuring every travel itinerary is prepared to the highest standard.

What You’ll Do
  • Respond to lead-warming enquiries
  • Prepare accurate quotes
  • Confirm services with suppliers
  • Upload, cross-check, and reconcile invoices against costings
  • Create supplier payment tasks
  • Prepare final travel documents and vouchers
  • Assist with restaurant, activities, and day-tour bookings
  • Proactively identify and flag potential itinerary or documentation oversights
  • Fulfill emergency phone responsibilities on a rotational basis
  • Complete product knowledge training
  • Attend supplier presentations
What We’re Looking For
