About The Role

In this engaging role, you will be the key point of contact for clients once they have purchased their Travel walk, helping them enhance their journey with additional services and options. From room upgrades and travel insurance to add-on tours and airport transfers, you will guide clients through the choices available and ensure they have everything they need for a seamless and memorable trip. As a Travel Sales Consultant, you are responsible for identifying client needs, presenting relevant options with confidence, and delivering exceptional customer service that reflects the company's values. You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with colleagues in sales, operations, and finance to ensure add‑on services are booked accurately and efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a flair for sales and takes pride in helping clients get the most out of their travel experience. The ability to communicate clearly, prioritise tasks, and work independently in a remote environment is a key requirement of this role.

  • Proven sales or account management experience, ideally within travel, tourism, hospitality, or a service-based industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over email and chat

  • Ability to identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
  • Experience working with CRM systems, booking platforms, or similar sales/administration tools

  • Well‑developed problem‑solving and complaint‑resolution skills

  • Contact clients after their initial trip booking to understand needs and present suitable additional products (e.g., room upgrades, insurance, add‑on tours, airport transfers)
  • Accurately process sales and ensure add‑on bookings are correctly entered into systems and communicated to the relevant departments
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
  • Provide timely, professional, and friendly responses to client queries about additional services
  • Liaise with operations, suppliers, and finance teams to confirm availability, pricing, and invoicing accuracy
  • Maintain accurate client records within the CRM and update sales progress regularly
  • Monitor client feedback and identify opportunities to improve sales processes or product offerings
  • Contribute to a culture of exceptional service that aligns with the company's values and brand standards
