Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, SCM, or Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in transportation management or logistics with large-scale ops.
• Proven carrier negotiation, contract management, and performance monitoring experience.
• Deep knowledge of TMS, route optimization, and supply chain best practices.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Solid understanding of transportation regulations, safety, and compliance.
