Responsibilities
  • Oversee fleet operations, maintenance, and driver performance to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Manage third‑party transport providers and driver development programs.
  • Ensure accurate route sheets, invoicing, and daily pallet reconciliations.
  • Coordinate timely dispatch of orders and monitor warehouse readiness.
  • Maintain stock integrity and manage customer collections efficiently.
  • Track logistics KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, fleet, and site procedures.
  • Implement sustainability, real‑time tracking, and cost‑efficiency measures.
  • Other relevant duties.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in logistics management, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or retail distribution is advantageous.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license.
