Job summary

A leading FMCG company in Potchefstroom is seeking a Transport Admin Clerk to handle transport administration and data capture for KPI reports. Candidates should have a Grade 12 certificate and 2-3 years of experience in Transport Administration preferably in an FMCG environment. The role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and attention to detail. Working weekends and public holidays is expected.

Qualifications

  • Must have a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • 2-3 years experience in Transport Administration, preferably in an FMCG environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Ms Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Complete all transport administration and capture related data.
  • Assist on site in the absence of the transport controller.
  • Log vehicle breakdowns to the FML call centre.
  • Maintain and service the fleet.

Main Objectives
  • To complete all administration, capture all transport related data for input to KPI reports, assist on site in the absence of the transport controller and to log vehicle breakdowns to the FML call centre
Responsibilities
