Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Transition Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead IT service transitions, ensuring seamless onboarding of vendor resources and operationalization of services. The ideal candidate will drive risk mitigation, governance, and knowledge transfer while collaborating with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, SLAs, and service stabilization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute transition plans for IT service onboarding.
Ensure smooth knowledge transfer, documentation, and process alignment.
Implement risk management and mitigation strategies.
Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs for service stabilization.
Establish governance mechanisms to track progress and dependencies.
Align engineering, operations, and business teams for successful transitions.
Oversee the full transition lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure).
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
Act as an escalation point for transition-related challenges.
Provide regular status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
Strong project planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end IT service transitions.
Expertise in governance frameworks, risk mitigation, and service stabilization.
