As a Transformation Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in advancing the company's Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) strategy and Employment Equity (EE) agenda.

You will ensure compliance, accuracy, and progress toward transformation goals — while helping to embed a culture of empowerment, fairness, and continuous improvement across the organization. This is a dynamic, high-impact role that blends analytical precision, stakeholder collaboration, and purpose-driven execution.

Duties & Responsibilities

Transformation & B-BBEE: Champion the company's B-BBEE journey by consolidating and validating scorecard data across all elements. Prepare and manage interim and final scorecards with accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate annual verification processes, working closely with verification agencies and business units to ensure smooth audits and successful outcomes. Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend strategies to improve B-BBEE performance. Support the implementation and monitoring of transformation initiatives aligned with company objectives. Prepare insightful monthly, quarterly, and committee reports (Steercom, Social & Ethics). Manage Corporate Social Investment (CSI) data and reporting to showcase measurable community impact.

Skills Development: Consolidate and validate Group-wide training and development data. Track learner registrations, attendance, and progress to support the company's learning culture. Coordinate with SETAs and external partners to ensure compliance and funding alignment.

Enterprise & Supplier Development: Maintain accurate, auditable records of ESD beneficiaries and initiatives. Support business units in identifying opportunities to grow and develop diverse suppliers. Track and report progress toward ESD targets across the Group.

Employment Equity: Act as the secretariat for the National Transformation Committee and ensure effective governance. Coordinate EE planning, data collection, and submission of statutory reports (EEA2, EEA4). Support operations during Department of Labour audits and ensure full compliance. Prepare monthly EE progress reports and monitor alignment with the EE Plan. Facilitate engagement with Transformation Committees to promote inclusivity and accountability.

HR Analytics & Reporting: Consolidate HR dashboard data monthly, providing insights and trend analysis for business leaders. Support data-driven decision‑making by highlighting key workforce trends and areas for improvement.

General & Service Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in reporting accuracy, process efficiency, and service delivery. Stay ahead of changes in B-BBEE, EE, and Skills Development legislation. Contribute to special projects and cross‑functional transformation initiatives.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Requirements

National Senior Certificate with Mathematics.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in Transformation, B-BBEE verification, and Employment Equity compliance.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
