Our client based in Springs (Jhb East), is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team and play a key role in advancing our Broad‑Based Black Economic Empowerment (B‑BBEE) objectives. In this pivotal role, you'll : Provide expert input into the company's B‑BBEE scorecard and support group‑wide audits Coordinate activities to ensure that B‑BBEE targets are consistently achieved. Develop and implement the Employment Equity (EE) and Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) in line with legislative requirements. Ensure full compliance with all relevant Acts and support the company's transformation agenda.

Duties & Responsibilities

A completed B (Accounting / Finance Degree), with 3 years Transformation (including verification) and Employment Equity experience as well as sound knowledge of the B‑BBEE Act, Amended Codes of Good Practice, Skills Development Act, Employment Equity Act and verification procedures.

Transformation and Compliance Officer Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, consolidate, and analyse B‑BBEE scorecard data to ensure accuracy and timely reporting across all elements.
  • Support annual verification processes, liaising with business units and verification agencies.
  • Develop audit reports, implementation plans, and track performance against transformation targets.
  • Coordinate Skills Development, Enterprise, and Supplier Development initiatives and maintain accurate beneficiary records.
  • Pile and maintain Employment Equity (EE) reports (EEA2 & EEA4), ensure committee compliance, and support Department of Labour audits.
  • Collect, validate, and analyse HR dashboard data for monthly reporting.
  • Oversee Corporate Social Investment (CSI) reporting and assist with Transformation, Steercom, and Social & Ethics submissions.
  • Maintain proper documentation, records, and filing systems for all transformation activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and ensure compliance with statutory and company governance requirements.
