Job summary

RMB in Johannesburg is seeking an experienced Transactor Team Lead to guide a high‑performing team that originates and structures transactions, engages clients, and drives profitability in the Resources Sector.

You will coach Transactors, balance risk and reward, and collaborate with Credit, Legal, and Distribution to deliver competitive financing solutions while upholding RMB’s ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in a related field.
• 9 to 11 years of experience in Banking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Transactors who originate and structure deals for the bank.
• Drive client engagement, growth and profitability in the assigned sector.
• Coach Transactors on risk‑aware financing and credit structuring.
• Collaborate with Credit, Legal and Distribution to execute deals and manage portfolio risk.
