About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Transaction Analyst to play a dual role in both building relationships with brokers and underwriting real estate deals. The successful candidate will proactively reach out to brokers to identify new opportunities while also conducting in-depth analysis of deals to present to the team. This role requires a confident communicator who can balance strong interpersonal skills with rigorous analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to brokers, gather market intelligence, and expand the deal pipeline.
• Underwrite and analyze potential transactions, with a focus on real estate opportunities.
• Review, evaluate, and summarize financial and market data to support investment decisions.
• Prepare clear presentations and communicate findings effectively to the leadership team.
• Collaborate with the team to refine deal strategies and provide insights on transaction opportunities.

Requirements

• Native-level English fluency (written and verbal).
