Job summary

A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Training Officer for their Stellenbosch office. The role involves supporting the Core Systems Replacement project through effective knowledge transfer and user competence. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting as a Reception Supervisor and expertise in creating training material. This position offers a hybrid workplace environment, requiring relocation for those outside the Western Cape.

Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years’ work experience in a business processes environment within a hospital or healthcare setting, specifically as a Reception Supervisor.
  • Work experience in the Patient Administration environment is desirable.
  • Background in the development of training material and facilitation is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide implementation support on systems and processes during the Core Systems Replacement project.
  • Analyse learning and development needs.
  • Design and implement learning support material.
  • Facilitate and assess learning processes.
  • Provide system and process support.

This is a fix term contract opportunity and the successful candidate will be based at Mediclinic Corporate Office Stellenbosch.

All candidates that are not based in the Western Cape will need to relocate on their own cost.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
