About the Role
Office Beacon South Africa is seeking an experienced Training Instructor with 3–5 years of proven expertise in the training and development space — ideally within the Insurance, Administrative, or Promotional Products industries. In this role, you will design, deliver, and continuously improve impactful learning experiences for our teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Develop Training Materials: Create engaging training modules, e-learning courses, and resources customized to business and trainee needs.
- Develop Assessments: Build practical assessments to evaluate learning outcomes and measure skill development.
- Facilitate Training Sessions: Plan, coordinate, and deliver training programs, workshops, and webinars (both remote and on-site).
- Evaluate & Improve Programs: Analyze training results, feedback, and performance data to refine learning initiatives.
- Develop Soft Skills: Coach and enhance communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills among learners.
- Documentation: Track training participation, maintain detailed records, and prepare feedback reports for management.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep updated with evolving industry standards and integrate new best practices.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and responsive to changing training priorities and learner needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3–5 years in a professional training or development role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- munication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and creative approach to addressing training needs.
- Virtual Facilitation: Confident in leading engaging online sessions, managing group dynamics, and driving participation.
- Cultural Awareness: Skilled at fostering inclusion and adapting training for diverse audiences.
- Tech Proficiency: Canva, Advanced Excel, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), LMS tools (e.g., Udemy, Alison, or similar).
- Preferred : Exposure to the Sales or Promotional Products industries.
