About the Role

Office Beacon South Africa is seeking an experienced Training Instructor with 3–5 years of proven expertise in the training and development space — ideally within the Insurance, Administrative, or Promotional Products industries. In this role, you will design, deliver, and continuously improve impactful learning experiences for our teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Develop Training Materials: Create engaging training modules, e-learning courses, and resources customized to business and trainee needs.
• Develop Assessments: Build practical assessments to evaluate learning outcomes and measure skill development.
• Facilitate Training Sessions: Plan, coordinate, and deliver training programs, workshops, and webinars (both remote and on-site).
• Evaluate & Improve Programs: Analyze training results, feedback, and performance data to refine learning initiatives.
• Develop Soft Skills: Coach and enhance communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills among learners.
• Documentation: Track training participation, maintain detailed records, and prepare feedback reports for management.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep updated with evolving industry standards and integrate new best practices.
• Adaptability: Be flexible and responsive to changing training priorities and learner needs.
