A South African company is seeking a Training Management Specialist to identify and manage client training needs. This role involves compliance with training requirements and ensuring high client satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a degree in Human Resources, excellent communication skills, and experience in the service industry. The Training Management Specialist identifies clients’ training needs and manages the resolution of training gaps from inception to execution. The role entails identifying training needs and corresponding solutions, ensuring clients receive mandatory grants, accessing additional funding such as discretionary grants for training initiatives such as learnerships and other accredited programs. It ensures compliance with SETA requirements and supports the implementation of effective learning and development programs. It provides support for day-to-day compliance and training implementation related queries and maintains a great relationship with clients and 3rd party providers that enable introductions to new business opportunities.
