Our Client in the Automotive Industry is seeking to employ a Training Coordinator to their team based in Centurion.
Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Training, or a related field.
ETDP qualification advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the motor industry.
Experience within the retail or OEM motor industry advantageous.
Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator.
Knowledge of training methodologies, including e-learning and blended learning.
Experience in project management, marketing, and communication (digital experience advantageous).
High level of computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
Coordinate training courses and utilization of the Training Centre.
Ensure delegates meet course requirements by completing pre-work prior to attendance.
Arrange security access for all training delegates.
Market training courses to dealerships and provide relevant information.
Promote courses when intake is low, through calls and email campaigns.
Prepare, order, and maintain training rooms and consumables before each session.
Confirm and accommodate delegates' dietary requirements.
Prepare and submit travel requests to the travel agency.
Communicate and distribute travel documentation to delegates.
Order training materials from print suppliers two weeks prior to training.
Courier manuals and related materials to regional training centres.
Oversee usage, maintenance, and storage of training vehicles.
Collect attendance registers and indemnity forms from trainers.
Manage bookings and respond to queries from dealerships.
Maintain training facilities and equipment.
Request non-technical training reports and distribute to stakeholders.
Generate waitlisted reports and align sessions with the technical training calendar.
Support the Non-Technical Manager and Account Manager with administrative and coordination tasks.
Enrol delegates at various academic institutions.
Maintain ongoing communication and relationships with universities, retailers, and students.
Keep detailed records of delegate enrolment, performance, deregistrations, deferments, and additions.
Compile performance analyses and provide monthly reports.
Prepare and submit reports including student performance, deregistrations, deferments, additions, and comments.
