A leading financial services firm is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver training programs to their intermediaries and support staff. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree in Commerce or Finance, experience as a trainer, and possess a valid driver's license. This role offers the chance to develop comprehensive training solutions and engage with various stakeholders.

This is a specialist role, responsible for delivery of training (presenting sales, legal technical, skills and product related programmes and short courses) to Sanlam intermediaries (Brokers and Advisers) and sales and support staff of Sanlam Connect.
Pre-course training administration
Facilitation of training and development programmes
Training assessment and feedback/report writing
Training material/content development
Training queries and projects
