Job summary

A training solutions provider in Cape Town is seeking a Training Support Consultant to create and manage training plans with customers. The role involves reporting on training progress, providing system training, and assisting customers with queries. Applicants should have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or relevant experience in training or consulting. The salary ranges from R 18 000 to R 23 000 per month, negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
  • Experience in training or consulting roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and managing training plans with customers.
  • Reporting on training progress of all customers.
  • Coordinating training projects to completion.
  • Communicating process improvements to stakeholders.
  • Providing system training to customers.
  • Resolving customer queries and guiding users on the system.
  • Assisting with data preparation for new customers.

Requirements
  • Training/ Educator or Consulting experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Accounting software packages
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency
  • Customer service / support experience will be advantageous
Responsibilities
  • Creating and managing training plans with customers
  • Reporting on training progress of all customers that are in training
  • Work directly with client to effectively coordinate each training project to completion
  • Communicate process successes and failures to internal and external stakeholders to identify potential areas of improvement and action to ensure that the training plan stays on track
  • Provide system training to customers
  • Providing customer support, resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding users through features and functionalities on the system
  • Assist with preparing data and uploading on to the system for new customers
