Conduct training needs analysis and developing relevant training material
Deliver classroom, practical, and on-site training sessions
Assess learners competence and maintain accurate training records
Ensure compliance with PSIRA and other industry regulations
Collaborate with Operations and HR to align training with business needs
Continuously update training material based on new regulations or incidents
Grade 12 certificate (compulsory) and relevant tertiary qualification in Training & Development or Security Management
Minimum 35 years experience in the security industry, including training facilitation
ETDP / SETQAA Assessor qualification is advantageous
Valid drivers license and own vehicle
Clear criminal record
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills; presentable and able to engage effectively with learners
Strong understanding of security operations and compliance standards
Ability to assess, coach, and motivate learners
Sound organizational and reporting skills; results-driven
Computer literacy (MS Office, LMS systems)
